MURALS

"AUDIO & AUX"

This was at a DJ studio called "Audio & Aux" that I had to paint, a place that not only offered training for aspiring DJs, but also supplied lights and audio systems for events. Thus the entire painting had to be a collage that illustrated nightlife and the audio and lights systems along with the studio's slogan ("Reinforcing sound, lights and event solution 24x7"), as well as the equipment (like the smoke machine on the bottom-right of the mural).

The wall mural in total summed up to 15x18 feet.

"CLAY MURAL"

I ventured in this direction during my artistic journey, because I wanted to do something abstract with the traditional way of working on murals, and for some reason, the deity Lord Shiva felt to me like the way to start off. This wall mural holds a very interesting procedure. You work on it, then put it in the furnace and let it bake for a fixed number of numerous hours on regular intervals. It's a lengthy but fun way to make murals.

The beauty of it is, you can never know what exactly the end product looks like until the final step is complete, no matter what the experience or initial idea in mind. Working on this wall mural with clay was intriguing, for I never knew what the final stage would make it look like until it was done baking.
Though it didn't end up looking exactly like I had pictured it to, the whole experience was still very much satisfactory, because I got to broaden my artistic background, familiarity and knowledge while playing with clay, which, needless to say, was exceptionally enjoyable.

"NEW-AGE RETRO"

A project that I'm currently working on at a bar/restaurant.
